1. Service Description
BusanTrip provides airport transfer services from Gimhae International Airport to various areas in Busan, as well as Busan day tours.
2. Booking & Cancellation
- Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation via LINE or email.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
3. Service Provision
- The driver will be waiting at the airport arrivals hall on the 1st floor.
- No additional charges for waiting time due to flight delays.
- Full refund if service cannot be provided due to weather or force majeure.
4. Payment
We accept cash (USD/KRW) and online payment. The actual amount is based on the quote confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for passenger safety during transport. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to passengers' personal belongings.
